Images of a Lifetime is a photographic biography drawn from some fifty thousand archival prints and representing nearly two decades of work. It chronicles L. Ron Hubbard’s life from his childhood years in the rough and tumble American West to his youth in the elegant and mysterious Far East; as an author in Manhattan; a leader of expeditions across three seas and a researcher and lecturer in cities across four continents. This large-format, elegant book contains more than four hundred images of Mr. Hubbard, nearly half of which had never been published before. Woven throughout the book is the photographic trail of Mr. Hubbard’s greatest work, the founding of Dianetics and Scientology.
